Minimum rules for using MeetYouLive safely, legally and respectfully.

Use MeetYouLive to connect, talk, create and support content legally, safely and with consent. Do not use the platform to harm, deceive, harass, exploit or infringe rights.
MeetYouLive is operated by MEETYOULIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLC. The official MeetYouLive site is https://meetyoulive.net, and references to "we," "us" or "our" mean that legal entity as operator of the MeetYouLive platform.
MeetYouLive is an 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for, access, or use MeetYouLive.
This applies regardless of parental consent, local custom or any other exception. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be suspended or terminated, and the matter may be reported to competent authorities as required by applicable law.
Harassment, threats, hate, spam, fraud, impersonation, payment manipulation, ban evasion, scraping, abusive automation, malware, social engineering or attempts to access others' accounts or systems are prohibited.
Do not publish illegal content, sexual exploitation, content that puts minors at risk, extreme violence, instructions for real-world harm, doxxing, non-consensual nudity, extortion, terrorism, trafficking, illegal drugs or intellectual property infringement.
Nudity and sexually explicit content are prohibited on MeetYouLive, in profiles, photos, videos, live streams or any other content, as is content intended to depict, solicit or promote sexual activity. This prohibition applies even when everyone involved is an adult and has consented: consent between adults does not make sexually explicit content permissible on MeetYouLive.
Sexual violence, sexual assault, rape, sexual coercion, and any content or conduct that depicts, threatens, promotes, facilitates, or encourages such acts are strictly prohibited on MeetYouLive.
MeetYouLive has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor. This includes any recruitment, solicitation, facilitation, promotion or coordination of trafficking or exploitation, and any use of MeetYouLive to buy, sell, advertise, arrange or facilitate sexual services involving exploitation or trafficking.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation and grooming are strictly prohibited. Creating, publishing, requesting, distributing, promoting, assisting or facilitating any of these activities, on or off the platform, is prohibited.
Report concerns using available profile, live or video reporting tools, or email meetyoulive@gmail.com with the subject "Child Safety". Include the relevant URL, account and description; do not download, attach or redistribute suspected CSAM. Contact local emergency services if a child is in immediate danger.
When applicable law requires it, MeetYouLive must report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, including CSAM, to NCMEC through its CyberTipline or to the competent authorities, and preserve information as legally required. This policy does not claim automated detection or an automated reporting integration.
MeetYouLive may remove violating content, and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in this conduct. Where legally appropriate, MeetYouLive may preserve relevant evidence and may cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests, reporting conduct to the competent authorities when required by applicable law.
MeetYouLive prohibits content, accounts, activities, or transactions that promote, praise, support, represent, organize, recruit for, fundraise for, or otherwise facilitate violent extremist or terrorist individuals, organizations, acts, or ideologies.
This includes content that incites or glorifies acts of terrorism or violent extremism, provides material support or instructions intended to facilitate such acts, or distributes propaganda or symbols for the purpose of promoting or supporting violent extremist or terrorist activity.
MeetYouLive may remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict transactions or payouts where applicable, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities as required by applicable law.
In messages, calls, video calls and live streams you must respect consent, boundaries and privacy. Do not pressure others to share data, images, external payments, intimate content or off-platform communications.
Sexually explicit or sexually driven communications or interactions are prohibited in messages, chat, calls, video calls, live streams and any other MeetYouLive feature, even when everyone involved is an adult and has consented. Consent between adults does not make sexually explicit content or sexually driven communications permissible on MeetYouLive.
Do not use coins, gifts, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks or Stripe Connect for fraud, laundering, misleading monetization, artificial self-gifting or ranking manipulation.
Scams and fraudulent activity intended to deceive or defraud end users are strictly prohibited on MeetYouLive. This includes, without limitation, fake or fraudulent profiles, impersonation of real or fictitious people, phishing attempts, and any misleading or deceptive request for money, Coins, gifts or other value.
Fraud conducted through Live streams, messages or video calls is prohibited, including staged or false claims, fake emergencies, romance scams, fraudulent investment or giveaway schemes, manipulated or fraudulent payment requests, and any other deceptive scheme intended to defraud another user.
MeetYouLive investigates reports of suspected scams and fraud and may restrict features, suspend or permanently cancel accounts involved in such conduct. Where legally appropriate, MeetYouLive may preserve evidence, cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests and report violations to competent authorities and payment providers as required by applicable law.
Violations may result in content removal, loss of feature access, live stream blocking, payout suspension, account suspension or reports to authorities and providers.
