1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using MeetYouLive you accept these Terms of Service and the linked policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

MeetYouLive is operated by MEETYOULIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLC. The official MeetYouLive site is https://meetyoulive.net, and references to "we," "us" or "our" mean that legal entity as operator of the MeetYouLive platform.

These terms apply to the website, apps, accounts, profiles, matches, chat, calls, video calls, live streams, gifts, coins, subscriptions, creator content and moderation tools.

2. Eligibility and minors

MeetYouLive is intended for users who meet the applicable minimum legal age in their jurisdiction and never for minors where the law or monetization features prohibit access. We may request age or identity verification to protect users, creators and third parties.

Publishing, requesting, transmitting or facilitating exploitation, sexualization, harassment, grooming or any risk to minors is prohibited. We may block accounts, preserve evidence and report to competent authorities.

3. Social and communication features

You may use MeetYouLive to discover profiles, match, chat, make calls, make video calls, enter rooms, watch live streams and participate in live experiences. You must respect consent, privacy and other users' boundaries.

We do not guarantee matches, creator availability, earnings, audience, continuous connectivity or technical compatibility. Interactions may be moderated, limited or suspended if we detect abuse, fraud or safety risk.

4. Coins, gifts, payments and creators

Coins and virtual gifts are digital items for use inside MeetYouLive and do not represent money, deposits, stored value or property rights outside the platform.

Payments may be processed through Stripe, Stripe Connect or other authorized providers. Approved creators may monetize under the Creator Policy, Payments & Refund Policy and platform rules.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep rights to content you publish, but you grant MeetYouLive the worldwide, non-exclusive license needed to host, display, moderate and distribute it within the service and to operate features such as live streams, rooms, gifts and profiles.

You may not publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or third-party rights. Claims are handled under the DMCA / Copyright Policy.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines and Safety & Moderation Policy. We may remove content, limit visibility, end live streams, block chats, suspend payments, suspend accounts or terminate access when necessary.

Decisions may be based on reports, human review, technical signals, fraud patterns or legal and Stripe requirements.

7. Suspension, termination and appeals

We may suspend or close accounts for violations, user risk, payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, sanction evasion, intellectual property infringement or failure to meet creator requirements.

When reasonable, you may request review or appeal through support. Some immediate measures may remain in place to protect users, minors, rights holders or payment integrity.

8. Limitation of liability

MeetYouLive is provided as available. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, connectivity failures, user actions, third-party content or payment provider decisions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
